HOW TO ATTRACT THE RIGHT CALIBRE OF PARENTS (1)
First, understand that your school is not for everyone. Define for yourself the calibre of parents for whom you have set up the school. Calibre here mean more than financial power. It also means level of exposure, education, intellect, etc, So, when parents outside your target calibre make enquiries and don’t come back, that’s not a loss. But there’s a problem when you know that such parents are your target calibre of parents, yet you’re finding it hard to convert them. Nothing is as frustrating as that.

For example: A school with moderate physical building, but stuffed with modern, educational equipment, sleek furniture, excellent fittings, technology and gadgets, …and staffed with sound communicators at front desk and admin and intelligent professionals as teachers…….
WILL ATTRACT A CALIBRE OF PARENTS..Different From…
A school with huge physical structures that lack commensurate equipment, furnishings, and gadgets – All normal, No professionally trained front desk officers, admins and teachers. But interestingly, both schools can claim to be doing well. You will do less marketing and minimize resources spent, if you target the right calibre of parents and stop this all-comers approach!
So if you want a certain type of parents, research into what they want and provide it at all cost. Don’t spend too much on what they don’t cherish or care about. If you heed this advice, your conversion rate will jump!
