HOW TO FOLLOW UP PROSPECTIVE PARENTS UNTIL THEY ENROL & MAKE THEIR FIRST PAYMENT
Hear this everyone. Most parents who visit you for inspection, know before checking, that you’re a type of school they can afford, in terms of class and fee range. That’s because, they often see well and have some prior information about your school before checking. So, you have a fair chance of converting them, if you do it right.
Many parents make their decisions, not only based on what they see when they visit your school, but based on how strategic you were, with follow up.
Usually, they don’t make their first payment the first time they come checking. They go back home and make so much comparison between your school and the other schools they visit. Their decision making tools are the bills you have issued them, and of course the first time experience they had. Thankfully, in the previous classes, we have learnt about making the best of inspections and creating dynamic bills.
Now, what happens between the first time they visited and when they come to finally enrol, is entirely up to you. If you leave parents idle, with nothing to ponder about you, even if they loved your school, a smarter school can win them ahead of you.
